NOUN 2025 Convocation Clearance For Undergraduate and Postgraduate Graduands

This is to inform all concerned students that the convocation clearance process will commence on:

• Date: Wednesday, March 26, 2025

• Days: Monday to Friday

• Time: 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Required Payments:

• Alumni Fee: ₦10,000.00

• Convocation Fee: ₦30,000.00

Important:

• Make these payments yourself — do NOT pay through a cyber café operator or any third party to ensure security and integrity.

• Payments must be made at the bank or using bank apps.

• USSD payments will NOT be accepted.

Documents Required for Clearance:

1. Admission file (issued at the point of entry)

2. Corrected, duly signed hard and soft copy of your bonded project

3. Admission letter

4. O’ Level and Degree Certificates

5. Valid means of identification: School ID card, NIN, Driver’s License, or International Passport

6. All payment receipts

7. E-wallet printouts

Please Note:

• Clearance will only be done for students who have completed all required payments and present the listed documents.
